About the Artist:

Faith Sycaoyao has achieved distinction in multiple fields. Moreover, she’s a writer and a climate leader. Her work has the power to mesmerize and motivate her audience. Born in the Philippines in 2004, she began drawing at the age of six. By the age of thirteen, she had committed to self-teaching, exploring various artistic mediums as an autodidact. Currently, she has mastered over 40 artistic techniques/mediums.

Sycaoyao’s early interest in drawing evolved into a profession that reaches people worldwide. She has exhibited her work in London, Athens, and Rome. Her work appeared in UNESCO publications and two art books by Al-Tiba9 Contemporary Art Gallery in Barcelona. She’s contributed to student publications at UPenn, UC Berkeley, and UT Austin.

She intertwines themes of still-life nature studies with human portraits. Likewise, she combines traditional techniques with modern digital methods.

A committed philanthropist, Sycaoyao’s humanitarian efforts span global causes. She is currently the Communications Director and Deputy Graphics Director at Climate Cardinals. She’s also an Awareness 360 Fellow and the Founder of the NCLS Foundation. Through NCLS Foundation’s initiatives, she and her team have donated 7,000 art pieces and raised five-figure sums for various organizations. They did this under the Students Rebuild Program.

Additionally, Sycaoyao has designed and written over 400 heartfelt letters for pediatric patients across the U.S.

She has received two President’s Gold Volunteer Service Awards. Sycaoyao won a Star Icon Award at Dubai’s Global Filipino Icon Awards 2025. She earned the UNA-USA National Community Service Award. Sycaoyao holds the Elite World Record Holder title. She received the Technical Precision Award from the Penn Journal of Arts and Sciences.

Sycaoyao leverages her art to advocate for ecological accountability and social justice. She is currently contributing to Climate Cardinals projects such as Climate Calling and Ptera with The Nature Conservancy.
